Hello Guys!

Seen that youtube was getting views from this site so i thought i would come check it out... Looks like there is alot of controversy here. And that's ok.

Here is some more info. and a few other videos... maybe it will answer some of the questions you guys might have. You all should get out and try it. its alot of fun and i enjoy doing it.

Here is some info on my dope, elevation, holdover

50 yards zero is set at TOP mildot (8 inches)size

213 yards 9 moa on scope, hold cross hair on target (6 inches bottom 3 inches top)size

275 yards 23 moa on scope, hold corss hair on target (10x12 inches)size

425 yards 51.5 moa on scope, hold over 2 mil (22 inches)size

500 yards 51.5 moa on scope, hold over 5 mil (30 inches)size

Cool, the original guy coming and posting here. Almost like a famous actor coming to your hometown, except this guy likes guns :D !

I for one have NO doubts that you did this, I am an archer as well as a shooter, and I have seen people hit targets at 200y with a stick and string, do they hit it every time NO, and it is large 5' round target and they aren't bulls-eyes. No reason to believe same success rates can't be applied to a more precision (vs a stick and string longbow) device at 500y.

I never doubted this was legit, there are 300 yard 22 shoots in Ontario so I don't understand why it's so difficult to believe it can be done @ 500.
 
I was just wondering what my drop actually is at 500 yards here is what i came up with from my 50 yard zero out to 500 yards . I hold 10 mil so thats 180 inches, and adjust 51.5 moa so thats 257.5 inches, = 437.5 inches = 36.45 feet, giver or take... so that's 87.5 moa right?
 
Wind is a big issue where I shoot, hence all the parasailors. Your posts are bugging me to keep pushing the range I can shoot out to.
