Repro russian PU scopes?

Has anyone tried one of these on their mosin nagant? Are they worth trying? I don't have the moola to shell out for a "real" MN sniper, but would love to build a cheapo out of one of my rifles sitting around.

For about the same money, you can get a real PU scope if you look around.

bought 1 pu scope from a guy in finland and also a pu mount from ebay as well...........had them mounted on my nagant they work great.........am now in the middle of setting up a pe scope /mount also from ebay........i think theyll be good too.
watch fer a good price........also some mounts are mde for 1 inch scopes not original pu versions so read the fine print before buying.

The Kalinka scopes are NOT marked properly and have detail errors as well.
