Thanks in advance for all replies. I'm not the owner of this collection I'm just helping my father to assess its value.

Values

Balllpark of course: Finnwolf $750-$900 depending upon who wants it. Some Sako collectors go nuts for them, others would prefer a Browning BLR. The scope and mounts should fetch a couple hundred more.

The Remington pump, about $300 - $350 - you didn`t say if it had chokes for it so that may sway the price a little bit.

The Parker Hale, no bases, rings or scope $375-$450 based on your pics.

The Franchi, lots of these floating about $250-$300

The Winchester lever $275-$325, the model 9422 in .22 mag are much more sought after than this model.

Prices will reflect condition of course, and demand for individual pieces. Demand may fluctuate with the season of course. And of course this is all just my opinion.

...............[edited].............. I checked the Sako and the 22 mag looks like they are both over a grand. I would do alittle more research. If I was you.

Steve62 might be right, it seems like experienced guns are worth more then new ones these days. If you look at prices on the EE this seems to be the case anyway, either that or a lot of guys are smoking crack before they post their guns.

I'm reminded of the guy who jumped into the shark tank at Seaworld and asked the sharks what they thought his tuna sandwiches might be worth....:p

There is no way a Win 255 is worth over a grand in Canada, maybe a mint Trailsend 9422 but not a 255. They were just cheap .22's nothing special at all, there was a pump and a Semi-auto built on the same receiver they go for 175$ to 350$.

To the OP your best bet is to post them in the EE for what you think they are worth and lower your price every week until they sell.

People over value their guns.

With that in mind here is what I think they are worth.

Sako Finn Wolf - 800$ without the scope, maybe 1000$ with it, you can get a BLR for less than a Grand new
870 Sportsman - 350$-400$ a new 870 Express is between 300$ and 400$
Franchi - Like screwsloose said loads of these things around, in good condition with 250$-350$
Parker Hale - if it is brand new maybe 500$ to the right person
Win 255 - 250$ it is not really anything special

I suggest you entre each rifle into google. A bunch of auctions will pop up. click on each one see what it sold for. then go from there. Pricing in the USA IS CHEAPER THEN HERE. But it will give you a ball park for each rifle. And remember you can always lower your price.

Prices in the U.S. are not cheaper than here. In my experience they tend to be higher, bigger market= higher prices. It's simple supply and demand even though the economy is bad there and the market has softened. Look at Joe Salter's site, most of his Winchesters are "import marked", bought here and sold there for much higher prices.

Don't tAke any less then a Grand for the Finwolf, as they do not even compare to anyother clip loaded levers, the best of the best! Scope should sell for an extra 200, rings and mounts are not factory, so pretty cheap? Sako Bob would be interested!! Dale Z!

The 200 series of rim fire rifles Winchester produced had a lot of problems after being used a bit... the 255 is not worth a grand anywhere...

There is a HUGE demand for the Finnwolf. Try to find one for sale! As to comparing them price-wise to the BLR? Apples vs oranges, IMO. The people whe REALLY want a Finnwolf wouldn't consider a BLR, or they've already picked one up during the years they were looking for a Finnwolf.
I'd say at least a grand for the Sako.

Like everyone before me said....Hold onto that Finnwolf until you get the price you want for it. You CAN get well over a grand for it. They are very hard to come by.
Sure you can get a win 88 for half the price, but some people like things because they are more exclusive. We are gun nutz because we love guns, often the more obscure the better.
