Request for CGN community help with valuation
I am in possession of some firearms that used to belong to a friend, who unfortunately passed away recently. I am trying to establish a fair price for the firearms. I will eventually be selling them and passing on 100% of the money raised to my friends’ wife and teenage son.

Please do not contact me trying to buy these firearms. They are not for sale unless/until they are listed in the Equipment Exchange (some will be sold locally, some may stay in the family).

1) Cooey Model 39, .22 s/l/lr, single short bolt action, nice used condition (some marks on stock, bluing is good, no rust). I'm thinking $125 ?

2) Cooey Model 39, .22 s/l/lr, single short bolt action, rough but functional (the metal appears to have been refinished by an amateur and is more brown than blue, the stock has been sanded and appears unfinished). $???

3) Ranger .22lr, 18" barrel, project/parts gun. NO BOLT, no blueing on metal, stock is unfinished. $???

None of the three rifles have much resale value . #1 would be about 100 to 125 ; #2 about 80 , and #3 about 55 as a wall hanger .

These numbers are accurate. Best to try to sell them as a lot to reduce shipping costs. Maybe ask $300 shipped and take the best offer.
