I've got a sporterized (C broad arrow marked) 1918 No.1 MK3* that I might like to restore. The rifle is in fairly good shape, with only small spots of rust on the barrel and a nice bore.

I'm just wondering as to all the bits that might be needed, and where I may aquire them. I've heard about Marstar's new shipment of Enfield goodies coming into the country, and I may just jump at the chance.

It'll quite obviously need:

-New Forestock + top wood

-Barrel Band

-Nose cap + screw

-Forward sling swivel (And correct sling would be a bonus)

The rifle also needs a new king screw, and a new screw for the triggerguard and the forestock would be nice, as the heads are a little beat up.

Which piece of the rifle has the rear sight 'ears' attached? The forestock? Is there anything else that would be required?
Whaddya think? Worth bringing back to her former glory? I'd love to hear from some of the usual suspects about her!

Go to Numrich, they have a diagram and part list of what you need.

From memory:
- Forend (including the nut that receives the bottom nose cap screw)
- Butt stock, with butt plate and screws, and with rear sling swivel and screws;
- Front Handguard (with metal tip and screws)
- Rear handguard
- Nose cap with bottom and side screws
- Barrel plunger and spring locates below the barrel, in the front of the forend)
- Middle band, with screw and sling swivel
- rear sight guard with screw and nut

Did I forget something? likely...
