Do you already have an approved range to shoot at? If yes, then the following are suggestions which may help you. You will need an executive(core group) to organize, build. and run the matches. Many have tried to do this with one or two people on a continuing basis and have found it to be a demanding task. You might try to search the SASS website for the basic rules and regulations. this will give you suggested dimensions for targets and most improtant, the safety rules and guidelines. Many of "US" will be glad to provide you with shooting scenarios which we have used in past matches. You might use these to get going and later use your own ideas to come up with future ones. You will have two options for scoring, SASS has a program you can download which could help you save a lot of head scratching.
