resizing 223 brass

how hard would it be to resize 223 brass back to it's parent cartridge 222 size? can it be done in a single trip thru a 222 FL die or does it have to be done in multipule passes?seems to be lots of 223 brass laying around our local range from the guys with the AR's

I have never done it , but it should be do able. You have to push the shoulder quite a bit so a dry lube is probably the best so as not to cause lube dents. Only one way to find out, try one.
