resizing Question

Just wondering which way to resize for hunting rifle partial or neck only dont
want to full size due to stretch on casing..

I do a partial sizing with a full-sizer die. When the brass enter to chamber freely, just turn 1/4 turn more, so you can have enough room to chamber freely under all conditions.
You can also go the other way; by measuring the cartridge headspace, leave a minimum of 0.003" of free space on the shoulder.
