Restore Damascus barrels?

I'm in the process of completely a beautiful Edwin Palmer British hammerless Sidelock. I'm to the point that I want to have the Damascus barrels restored. Worth while in that they are nitro proofed for 1 1/8oz and having them examined, they remain "in proof". I have the ability and components to roll crimp 2 1/2 inch low pressure cartridges. Any gunsmiths in Canada capable of restoring Damascus barrels?
