Restoring a martini enfield carbine

I've recently picked up a martini enfield parts rifle that I'm looking to turn into a carbine. The barrel is an aftermarket barrel that someone tried to remove with a pipe wrench and the stock is a hodge podge with a mauser barrel band screwed into the forestock. I plan on starting over and rebuilding the rifle from the action out with a new properly profiled barrel and new stock. It will be chambered in 7x57 rimmed and will serve as a handy woods rifle that is light and short to carry as well as ambi since I am a cross dominance shooter.

I have a line on every part I need except for a nose cap. Does anyone know of a rigby style nose cap that was used on both the martini carbines or lee metford rifles that if available for purchase? If anyone has one would they be willing to provide me with some measurements? I have skinnerton's armoror drawings showing the general shape but not the dimensions, I'd be happy to have a repro nose cap made but I would need some general dimensions to fill in on the drawing.
 
Have a look at some of the Australian firearms sites. I've purchased similar parts from there before, that were unobtainium here
 
Check out Peter Dyson site in Britain. They make many reproduction parts for old guns ( primarily English ) and if they don't have your nose cap they probably know where to find one.
