restricted classification

I am thinking of getting a handgun while I still can before this new government gets in control however I am hoping that when they ban the restricteds atleast at minimum the people who currently own them will still be allowed to acquire and posses them. I live in Ontario and my local club wants to charge $200 for the membership. Can someone recommend a club that’s much cheaper (since iam young and poor lol) I am in the Kawartha Lakes area?

I'm in Ottawa so I can't recommend anything in your area, but I paid about $230 for my yearly membership at the Eastern Ontario Handgun Club, to give you an idea of price comparison (More than I cared to pay but I bit the bullet - pun intended). Yours sounds like a pretty standard club fee to me but shop around for sure.

I have to pay $10 per year at my local club here in saskatchewan

$40 here in B.C. - and there is rarely anyone at the range. No stupid rule about shooting alone, mag restrictions or holster bans either.

Here in Regina it's 5 bucks per family member and 30 bucks for myself.
