restricted firearm shipping date estimates

Hi SFRC,

I placed my order on Feb. 17 and received the CFC transfer reference # on Feb. 26 but my order's status is still "Processing" and haven't received any updates on when it will be shipped. Is this normal?

I did sent you an email on March 3rd but didn't get any reply...

Thanks. We'll check on it and get it out if approved. Sometimes they don't fax us the transfer notifications so we don't know it's approved.
