If i want to go to different clubs to shoot my hand gun other than the one that i belong to??how does that work??
 
Generally speaking, you would need to be a guest, or invited. There may be clubs where you could just show up and shoot.
 
my att say from my house to the mission gun club which i belong too.I have friends in langley and abbotsford which i would like to practice with my gun at their range

I don't know what the CFO in B.C. will do for you but if you're only good for one range I would at least ask to get that changed to something like the CFO in AB provides (quoted above).
 
The surrey CFO won't allow "transport to all approved ranges and licensed gunsmiths". That is the reason why i got rid of my restricted guns.

Then you have to apply for an ATT for what ever range you want to shoot at since you are restricted to one (mission gun club)...IAW your ATT.

Call your CFO and call him a burrecrat.
