Yes it is.

You can borrow restricted guns if you have an RPAL.

There are still some interesting restricted guns available.

Better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

Never know, government could ban issuing restricted licenses, and only ones that have it, will be those that are grandfathered.

They banned guns simply by nullifying the registration certificates. Easy for them to just get rid of restricted license.

This was my logic, the government can use the licensing classes to further screw with gun owners. That could mean eliminating the restricted license, it could mean making all firearms restricted, who knows. Having a restricted license is good insurance IMO.

Would be unthinkable to not have it.
Some of the last coolest firearms available are Restricted Rifles and Restricted Shotguns.

Too bad. You can generally find a standard and restricted set of courses and exams on one weekend many locations and therfore at a reduced rate in combo. But yes it is worth it!!
I did both simply as a political statement but then I acquired things and now enjoy the handguns and rifles at the range.

Absolutely. Do not hesitate to get it.
As stated above i also suspect that it is on the list to be removed at some point.
