I have just done all the courses and exams and just wondering If I mail all the paperwork in on monday any Idea when I might get It back??

Ps- live in ontario
 
There is 28 days mandatory waiting period for all PAL applications.
So, you can't receive the licence earlier than 4 weeks from the day you send your application.

They mean "don't even think to disturb us for 45 days" :)

28 days waiting period, week or two for mailing forth and back; and couple of days for processing.
Make sure you fill up all your papers correctly. In case of any insignificant error they could just put your application aside and you will know it after the mentioned 45 days are over (when you call them to ask the reason of delay) :(
 
The minimum wait time is debatable. I've known folks to get their pals in as little as 3 weeks. Some took as long as 14 months. The average is about 6 weeks from time of mailing. I tell all my students to wait a month after mailing forms then star calling the CFC for an update. This helps reduce wait times for problems like lost or stalled applications.
