So I thought I would try something. I wanted to purchase a pistol through a sponsors website, and see how long everything would take without actually calling to talk to someone or go to their store. I have purchased firearms here on the EE but not from a stores website. SFRC has a good name on here and I have read plenty of reviews of their service so I thought I would give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised.
I ordered a Norinco 1911A1 last Thursday. It was after their regular working hours when I ordered it so they would not have gotten the order until the morning. (On a side note, I also ordered a new trigger for it from DLASK five minutes later.) Ryan emailed me for my RPAL info on Friday and it was pretty late in the day by the time I actually got it to him. Today, mailman delivers my new toy. It was transferred and shipped within four business days. I gotta say I'm impressed. My new trigger showed up today as well. SFRC have completed a restricted purchase and delivered it to my door, in the same time it took a small part to arrive from another supplier. I'm definitely impressed!
This was all done with no actual human contact. Just their webstore and a couple emails to get the RPAL info... It doesn't get any easier than that!
Thank you Ryan and all the people at SFRC!!!!
Cheers,
Evilgrin
