Are they restricted due to length?

Nothing on Earth is more useless than a shotgun with no stock. You have no control and there's very little you can actually do with one. It's no good for hunting nor any kind of target shooting. You can't carry one in your vehicle. You can't carry one while in the bush, in Ontario, without a hunting licence either.
The one with the stock with the pistol grip is another beast though. They work fairly well.
