Looking for a dealer, gunsmith who can do a conversion to non-restricted. There use to be a sponsored dealer that advertised on the forum but I cannot seam to find the add. Any help would be appreciated. Looking to convert a 9mm carbine to non-restricted. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Do you need a gunsmith to make the barrel for you? Do you need someone to install a existing barrel that you have? or are you looking for a firearms verifier to file the paperwork?

If you state which firearm, it'll make your request easier to solve.

I'm sure OP has figured it out by now, but if the classification is pistol (as is the case for many short barrel rifles or subs) then you're not converting it to NR no matter what you do.

Interesting..anyone know what would be a 'ball park' cost to do this?{approx} say a CZ Evo or something?

For comparisons sake, our group buy from IRG on the Scorpion Evo 3 Carbine with a Douglas Match 18.7" barrel ended up costing just under $2k, original barrel included. I would guess a bit north of that for a one off.
