Restricted transfer across Provence

My Grandfather passed away a few months back, and he left my his beretta. My uncle currently has it however he does not have a pal/rpal he is the executor of the estate. I just want to know how I go about getting the gun shipped and registered to me in alberta. The rcmp site isnt exactly clear on the stwp by step.
