Restricted transportation question.

I would just like some clarification, I have always been under the impression that you have to wait until your registration cert comes in the mail to take your restricted to the range; is this true or can you use the buyers print out they give you as a temporary cert like with rifles.

there's lots of members on here that will tell you the print out is enough. The BC CFO has twice told me face to face, NO, you must wait for the reg cert. to arrive. And indeed my LTATT does say that I must be in posession of the reg cert. to transport.

This can only be answered by people in your own province ! it varies from one CFO to another .....

Well I just got off the phone with the AB CFO office and you can in fact use the buyers copy as a temporary certificate to go to the range.
