Restricted VZ58 or FSN-01K Where to find?

Looking for a restricted ( short 11" barrel ) VZ58 or FSN-01K in 7.62X39, anyone know where to find any ?

FSN-01K is a used only option. And I believe there are only 50 in country. The vz58 are easier to find in 11.5, but most seem to be 5.56 guns on the market.
