Reticle change in Bushnell elite 6500 scope

I have a Bushnell Elite 6500 series 5-30x scope with the DOA reticle. I find the centre part of the cross hairs too heavy for my liking. Is it possible to change the reticle in this scope? And, if so, who can do the work. Thanks in advance.

Just heard back from Bushnell. This modification cannot be done according to them .
