Gunwerks/Revic has developed a solid line of optics, with remarkable glass fidelity. There are plenty of extremely positive reviews on their BL10b and BL10 rf binoculars, and their Acura scopes. The spotters use the same glass. The glass quality compares directly with Nightforce or the current generation Sig Sauer HDX products. The value of this kit is unbeatable when you look at what the tripod and head sell for.
It’s seems like an incredible deal but their warranty policy kinda sucks. Is there a warranty facility here in Canada or do items need to go back to the states? I was reading the item would need to go to the states and then there could be duties and taxes to pay also. Is that correct?
The warranty process for Revic is the same a for brands such as Swarovski, Leica, Nightforce, Maven, Kowa, etc... that are distributed out of the US. An RMA is required, which will then ensure that the appropriate paperwork is created to accompany the item to the warranty depot, and back to the customer which will ensure that duties/taxes are not incurred on the export and re-import. This is the reality of cross-border warranty with ANY brand.
