I just got back from the range with the Lucid mounted on my JR Carbine..

Target - 10 Rounds at 25m using the "halo of death" reticle. BTW I love this JR Carbine still flawless!

I waited until I really put the optic to the test before posting this review. I have also mounted it to my Mossberg 590 A1 SPX. I even used turkey loads which kicked harder than any slugs I tried. Still held zero!

Put it on my M4 as well. The thing holds zero like no tomorrow! I believe I will be taking my Vortex Sparc off my M4 and replacing it with a Lucid for the CQBs in Borden. I will put the Sparc on my JR Carbine.

Anywhere you look online these Lucid Optics get great reviews and I can see why.

Battery life?

I believe it's rated at 1000 hours. Haven't had to replace it yet and it still has the same battery in it that came with it. I haven't put more than 20 hours or so on so I can't really say.

This thing is durable and very accurate. Still holding zero.

SFRC. Go to their website, there is a picture of the scope and four reticles.

There are 4 reticles to choose from (ala NCStar), there seems to be an issue with seeing the LED emitter and reticle control mechanics, based on distance of eye relief.... OP do you see any issues?
