Got a S&W 929 recently, and getting into revolver competition with it. It's becoming obvious that cylinder chamfering is going to be a must for this though. Can anyone recommend someone in Ontario that does this?

Except that the 929 has a TITANIUM alloy cylinder. Might be a bit more difficult than shown in the video.

Use a sharp cutting tool, keep the pressure on it, it'll cut just fine.

Ti cuts just fine with sharp High Speed Steel tooling. But if you allow the edge to dull, or allow that dull edge to rub on the surface, Ti will work harden worse than a hooker's heart! Then it become some miserable crap to cut!
