Ria m22 / 10-22 clone help

Just recently purchased and RIA M22 It's a nice little plinker. My problem is that the sIghts are off and cannot be adjusted. Unfortunately these do not have the same front sights as a 10/22, This is a ramped front sight with a single screw.

My question is if there is an aftermarket sight that will work and where do I find one?

The rifle comes with a dovetail rail that you have to mount. There are also aftermarket picatinny rails for relativity cheep on amazon.ca . Attach whatever optic you want from there.

How are the sights off? The rear sight is driftable. If the hole was drilled out of alignment then I would get the rifle exchanged for another one or use an optic like the other poster suggested.
