RIA Mig 22

I've got a buddy who has one. It's relatively new, so not a huge amount of lead down the pipe, but he's had nothing but glowing praise for it so far.

I got to play with my buddy's Mig today.

Very, VERY nice. Solid metal everywhere, not so much as a single loose part or rattle. Quite heavy as a result, it's got a ton of heft to it for a 22.

Accuracy was good, but it was kind of hard to tell since he's got his scope mounted quite low and my fat head doesn't line up with it well. He didn't seem to have issues, but I would definitely look at taller rings if you were to mount any optics.

Length of pull was a tad short-ish, but I'm a really big guy, so that's probably more me than the gun. Aside from that, it handled great.

Reliability was perfect with the steel magazine it came with. He has a few plastic extras, and they were jamming like mad.

Those things actually looks pretty damn nice compared to the usual Nordic/SR22 rifle. Apparently they run pretty flawlessly as well. If it had a rear charging handle like the tactical innovations receiver, I'd be throwing money at whomever had one in stock.

see, for me the availability of factory mags is an issue. One mag doesn't cut it. I would need at least two and I can't find factory ones anywhere.

any updates?? I'm seriously debating between an SR-22, ISSC MKII and the RIA Mig 22. Info on the RIA is pretty scarce, but I do like what I've read so far...
