Take your ribs any kind and put in large pot. Fill to the top with gingerale (any kind will do) and add one clove of galic. Simmer for one to two hours.

Drain the gingerale put the ribs under broiler or on BBQ with any BBQ sauce and just brown!

They will melt in your mouth! Great with deer ribs!

Note: I would grill on BBQ a vegetable rack because ribs cn tend to fall apart!

This sounds like a good thing to try in Camp on day 2 with fresh ribs that haven't been hung for long. On long hike hunting trips, the ribs rarely make it out with us. The problem would be in packing the Ginger Ale in.

A buddy showed me this way. Put the ribs in your slow cooker with spices then slow cook for 3 or 4 hours, then bbq with your favorite bbq sauce.

Then advantage over parboiling is that you don't boil the flavour out of the meat, but like boiling the ribs fall apart.

I won't share my secret dry rub blend, but, on a BBQ give the ribs a nice quick braze, then in a slow cooker add a 1/4cup of bourbon (I like Jim Beam), a dash of hickory smoke, hot sauce to taste, and some coke. Cook on low til the ribs are done. If you cut the ribs so you have 3 bones in a group they make a good football halftime treat.
