I just watched the first episode of Memory of a killer, and Patrick Dempsey character uses an interesting rifle that I can’t identify. Does anyone know what it is?

Also, Hollywood, so the scope is obligatorily backwards.

The scope . WTH was the armourer on that set? It sure wasn't wrangler 4867!

The intended target was only 25 yards away so he flipped the scope around cuz he’s a long range marksman. Even better when the scope caps aren’t flipped open!!

Mostly because the actor probably does know either. Why would he? Very few are any kind of proficient.
