Rifle ranges around Winnipeg

Hi, I'm not new to the site but am new to the Winnipeg, MB area. I was wondering if anyone knew of a place to shoot…i.e. site in rifles, shoot pistol etc. A range that is open year round and offers outdoor shooting of basically all calibre's. If anyone is from the area or knows of a place near Winnipeg it would be greatly appreciated!

There's one out by steinbach

Wpg revolver n pistol caps their membership

I shoot at selkirk. They plough it out in winter but bring shovels cuz the benches drift in

I'm also told by the fellow who runs a gun shop down by st Pierre jolys that they are going to set up a range in the area around there.

Perfect, that's what I've been looking for. I've noticed a lot seem to be a seasonal shooting which I'm not interested in at all. I'm looking to be able to shoot whenever in whatever conditions as I enjoy that and it's nice to know how hunting rifles shoot in hunting conditions…

No prob. Last year was rough with the cold and excess snow. In feb I broke down and joined The Firing Line, just to shoot at all.

Now I find that I rarely go to selkirk to shoot pistol.

There is a military range on the west perimeter by Saskatchewan blvd. I think you need to join the Manitoba provincial rifle association (?) to shoot there, and shooting days are restricted.
