Rifle Rest / Work Bench

Sincere apologies if this is not the best place for this newbie question.

I'm trying to find something an elevated mount or something similar to rest the rifle on while i'm working on it or cleaning it. I want to be able to rotate the fifle in place so that you could work on the bottom or the top as need be.

What is it called and where can i find such a thing?
