Rifle scope suggestions pls

When I bought my first Zeiss I held it up to a comparable Leupold.

About $1100 scopes give or take.

I looked through them in low light conditions. The difference wasn't just a little, it was very distinct. I handed the Leupold back and took the Zeiss without question.

Constant eye relief is also nice.

Same glass in all the Conquest line wither it is the $400 3-9x40 or the $1200 4.5-14x50.

I would agree, but the Zeiss is better, and still within the budget ;)

The budget is under $400, where are you fellows finding Conquests scopes for under $400?
In my opinion you are splitting hairs as to the optical quality of the Burris FFII 3-9 vs the Zeiss of which I have four of. FS

The sleeper here is the Redfield Revolution either in 3X9 or 4X12 those are on par or very near with the 4200 serie for less than half the price and they are so clear... They are made by Leopold... JP.
^^ what caramel said.. P&D in Edmonton has the BEST pricing on the Redfield Revolution. You can't match these scopes for their price and value is totally unbeatable!! It all I have mounted on my rifles

I don't seem to ever get any responses to the links I send. I think they are well worth reading before you make a purchase. Another link well worth looking at if you are considering scopes in this price range...

But I would still go for the Minox or Zeiss...keep in mind these are not compared to the ones in the link above (because of price, AND in this case QUALITY too)
