"...There is no 'best site..." Buying from your local gun shop will cost you less due to no shipping costs. What you're looking for has some to do with it too. Essentially, any shop can order anything you want if their supplier has it in stock. Otherwise, you get to wait.

I tried to buy a limited edition rifle at Edmonton gun shop they told me not available in Canada. I contacted Elwood Epps in Ontario. They said not problem they ordered it for me and should be here in a few weeks. Just a point of interest.
