Rifle spring and buffer upgrade?

Hey everyone,
I'm putting an ACR arfx on my S&W. Since I have to buy a rifle length spring and buffer, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on upgraded parts (and where to purchase them).

Only use silicon springs

I recommend wolf springs

I just ordered a kit from brownells

So I'm looking at either the Wolff spring or the JP tuned rifle spring from brownells . Any thoughts? Any on specialty buffers? I do have an adjustable gas system but in still leaning towards a heavier one instead of lighter.
