Hey Jordy, check out New England Custom Guns. They’re located in New Hampshire but ship to Canada. I ordered a scope rail from them and it arrived in 4 days and shipping wasn’t too bad maybe $20. Aside from them and good local machinist could probably make what you’re after if you give them the dimensions to work with.
