I think the rifle shop in the States does but I don't know if they would ship a barrel to Canada it is a Flint lock

I don't think it would cost $2000 to get it rifled and that is what the only rifled version is going for
Okay what do you have ? I was thinking you had a cheaper smooth bore. As stated above bore size would definitely increase, possibly to an odd size dictating a custom mould. Sending a barrel to the states would be a pain. Problem I see is finding someone that does muzzleloaders, different rifling than a regular cartridge rifle. Can you get a rifled barrel to fit your action?
Dale Friesen in Piapot, SK has a basic rifling machine and can do it pretty reasonably. Personally I would get a rifled barrel for it. You can swap the barrels, one for round ball one as a shot gun. A few guys here do that with their TC new englander.

Thanks for the input guys. It is an 1803 Baker copy so not too common. To buy a barrel I think I would have to order custom profile which wouldn't be cheap either. I will try and find Dale Friesen number thank you.
