Hey all

I have a gun package with a Sako A7 22-250 with a Burris 3-9-40mm and the was a defect on the scope so i sent it back and they gave me an option to upgrade. I did not want to spend too much on the upgrade so for what I could get was between the Bushnell Elite 3200 5-15-40mm or the Nikon coyote special 4.5-14-40mm or just get a new Burris E1 3-9-40mm as a replacement. I will be shooting paper mostly and then when i can on the odd coyote and sniping crows.

I went with the Bushnell elite 3200 and I hope I made the right choice! I found that on long distance I wanted to see the object a bit closer but will I regret it for closer objects?

SO did I make a good choice? Anyone have the scope?

That is something you need to answer ... not anyone else!!! You need to decide what you want to spent and make a choice. Bushnell is liked by many and have been in the game for a long time so it would be be hard for someone to be negative on your decision.

I shoot 22-250 and personally I think it was a good choice to go with the 5 x 15 over the 3 x9 in this case.

Let us know your what you think of it. If you treat it right my quess is you will be happy with your choice.

Regarding, being to close .... 5 x should allow to shoot close as well. When I was sourcing a scope for my 22-250 I wanted to be albe to do pretty much as you describe so ended up going with 3.5 x 15 (different manufacturer) for from looking through scopes in in the store I wanted something 5 and lower.
