Rimfire. Anyone else reload it?

I admire you but dont really understand why. The amount I shoot in a year would become a full time job and unless youve figured out a magic formula to create consistently more accurate ammo than available!! Well I guess its a novelty thing and fill yer boots. I do admire the conviction. If it is more accurate Id take 20,000 rounds after being proven in any of my rimfire guns.

I’ve never reloaded a rimfire but u have ordered a few kits from 22reloader for making my own percussion caps, the kit is originally for reloading .22, I found it easy to follow and had great results, I can’t imagine why it wouldn’t work in other rimfire brass

Well, your pistol is at home in the safe.
So there is that. I'm shooting cans off the deck...so that's cool

I made the assumption(Wrongly) of 22 rimfire. I see the draw of the larger rimfire round at the astounding prices they sell at present, $200-$400 a box of fifty makes reloading very attractive. A shooting buddy of mine bought a kit for 32 rimfire that works really well.

you know, I could see myself pulling bullets off 22 rimfire cases and then weighing the powder from each case just to find out how uniform they really are., then refilling each case with the exact same powder charge. same with the bullets. but II doubt the difference in bullet weight matters as much as the powder charge. I've always been peeved by the 4 shots in one bughole then one round about a half inch or father away. makes a grown man use bad words.

Why not scrape out the priming compound, average it, add in new solvent, and dispense it back in perfectly too. Flyers aren't just powder variation. Primer and consistent crimp are some huge factors as well.

You’ve got my attention…. Can you post any information regarding your process?
I'll see about a photo montage in the next day or two.
It's supposed to rain... I'll clean the 'Bunkhouse' up a touch as I'll be stuck inside. Make it more presentable for pictures.
Fair warning, it'll still be 'downhome'... I am not a machinist. But I get it done.

To save alot of work I took 10.4 Swiss Veterlli, and had it converted to centerfire. I know that RF can be reloaded, but the work is not worth the payoff. I've seen the reloading kits and related videos, I'll pass thanks
