Rimfire had gun scopes under $250

I just bought a Beretta u22 Neos. Using a $20 Airsoft Red Dot seemed to work for a while but who zero after 100 rounds or so. I've decided to invest in something more reliable. I will be shooting at 25 to 50 yards. Any idea what scope to put on there without breaking the bank ?

Vortex spark II ??? Bushnell trs-25 ??? Vortex spitfire ???

My budget is 250$
