There have only been a handful of rimfire cartridges that changed the industry with their release, and without a doubt the CCI Stinger is one of them. Not only did it launch an immediate rimfire arms race as to who could build the fastest .22lr round, but it also gave birth to the term “Hyper-Velocity.”

The focus of his articles seem to be extremely narrow though.
