Rimfire scope rail adapter ?

Hello,
I have a Norinco Backpacker and would like to mount one of the aimpoint style red dots and notice alot come with a ring for weaver or picatinney rail.
I like the ring they have that is slanted forward so I can maybe mount it on just the receiver groove in front of the chamber in a scout style set up .

Any options or has anyone done something like this ?

I really like BKL mounts, and D&L Airgun are excellent people to deal with. I've used mine on CZ rifles, and the Norinco Backpacker is a CZ clone. I'd have no hesitation buying BKLs for that rifle.
