I can't believe this topic hasn't been done to death, but the search function's kinda broken.

So, I just bought a TOZ-78, and I want to scope it. I'd rather not spend more than about... oh... $200. (I only paid $100 for the gun. :) )

I like mildot reticles and sunshades, but I know both features are few and far between in this price range, so don't let that stop you from suggesting a scope that doesn't have either.

I'm using a Bushnell 3-9 by 32 'Rimfire' on my Mossberg .22's, and like it allot, and paid approx $65.00ish Can. It even came with see through lens cap covers (one clear, and the other yellow), and rings that slot it onto most Rimfire receivers that are grooved for that sort of mounting.

It is clear as a bell on the 100 yard targets I shoot at.
I even plink at the 200 yard metal Ram silhouette at out range with it for ####es and giggles. :D
I just love that long wait from the bang to to faint "plink" downrange. :D

I've got a Tasco 3x9 with somekind of Mildot cross hair... Bought it from jackyiscxd. At $70 I thought it was a good deal.

Maybe I should have saved my $ for a Weaver 3x9 AO

I have a Weaver Classic Rimfire 4X (they also have a 2X7) on my 10/22 and really like it for the kind of shooting I do. It's clear and fairly compact.
