Hey Guys,

I wonder if you could help me! I'm building a bunch of steel rimfire targets, I mostly have KYL, Spinners, a little flapper style target design my buddy lent me. Anything else you guys like shooting in terms of steel? Anything else I should add?

Depending on where you shoot and if at a range what they allow I like the range rabbit standard 10 inch gongs. I have 1 square and 1 round for variety and cheaper shipping. With a rimfire they will last forever! I put splatter targets on them to get both the visual splatter effect and that lovely gong sound! Yes they are on the heavy side but they won't be going anywhere on you while shooting and if hung at a slight downwards angle there is little chance of a ricochet.
Enjoy!

When i had my own 1000 yard range i shot a 8" square ar500 plate out to 400 with the 22lr. I couldnt get many hits at 500 but on a calm day could do well at 300 and 400
Really made me a better shot. Hang it on a chain so you can see it move. Theres no alot of smack passed 250

I have a set of three spinners mounted on a single horizontal bar, hanging maybe 2" below the bar. A 3", 2", and 1" diameter disc means there's something for everybody to shoot at. I think they're 3/8" plate. I angled the hanger bars so any ricochets go down.
I usually set it at 100 yds at the foot of the berm.
