Ring Height for NF 3.5-15x56mm

To save me endless searching... can anyone confirm the correct ring height for mounting a NF 3.5-15 x 56mm on a Rem 700P? I'll likely be using a 20 MAO rail and NF rings, just not sure if I need "medium" or "high" rings. I like my scope as low as possible, but I don't want to guess medium and end up buying two sets of rings if I'm wrong. Thanks!

Mediums fit my NF 56mm objective on a 0 MOA base for my rifle. 3.5 mm clearance from scope to barrel.

Medium.

Here is a calculator, seekings says medium high which in seekins is .92" the Nightforce medium rings are 1" so they will work.
