Rings and Base for Savage 110fp

Thinking of Bushnell 6500 series scope and what would be best for the rings and Base to go on a Savage 110fp. I really like the scope but is it too much or just right for the 30 06. I am wanting to reach out to 600yrds or better with 200gr lead.

I'd use a Ken Farrel base and Burris Zee rings with the inserts, that way you can add elevation via the inserts, if necessary.

I have a Warne base and TPS rings on my 110fp, both seem very solid

I've been thinking about trying a Savage LA, is there any issue with eye relief with these actions? Seems some people say that some scopes won't fit and/or get mounted quite far back. If that's the case, which bell of the scope is it that casues the problem, front or back. I've seen some bases that mention the front one being reversable, so I'm assuming it's the front bell that causes the problems, thanks
