I just bought an older Model 7 which has one hole in the back to accept rings/bases. Besides the Leupold one piece bar that joins the bases, is there any other system that provides independent system to avoid the bar?

Gentry made "ultralight" mounts for the old three holers - but they are long gone and hard to find.
Anytime I've ended up with a 600/660/7 I simply add the second rear hole - it's the simplest and best answer to the problem in my book.

Thanks man. Can you please send me a picture of one on your Model 7 with that base on it? I want to see if it looks ridiculous or not. Is there actually room to drill a hole? Will the Talley base not stand proud of the receiver? Thanks man.

Talley lightweights are about the only currently manufactured mount for them that doesn’t really overhang the ejection port. And yes there is indeed room. The early 3-holers and the newer 4holers share the same spacing they just added a forth between. When you add the 4th, you then can use any of the 2-piece mounts like Talley, leupold, weaver, Burris and so on.
