Rings? Bases? and yes... Bushnell 3200 10x?

Ok I've settled on the idea of the 12FV in .308 most likely. Now for scope... I'm a guy starting out and on a budget, I think I'm seeing the most general agreement that Bushnell 3200 10x mildot is a good way to go? And on a budget, what about all this business of rings and bases??? what would I need there?

I would like to get into LR shooting with this and at some point maybe even F-class, would the Bushnell 10x be enough for that?

Plain vanilla Weavers will work fine, especially with that scope as it doesn't weigh much.
