I like a DIP Rail & Burris Signature Zee Rings. The plastic inserts protect your scope investment.
Prostaff TARGET EFR? I've never even held one of those but am seriously considering one for my next rimfire/scope needs. I've read all kinds of good things about them.
Rings~I chose the WARNE 722M for my CZ452 Varmint, and they look great..work perfectly..etc. They are a HIGH ring which most CZs will req. due to the bolt throw.

I far, FAR prefer to deal with bricks & mortar businesses and all of my new gun/scope purchases have been with CGN sponsors as long as I can remember. However, for these rings...the best price/availability has been with Amazon.ca In fact, last time I ordered them I got 2 pairs just to have them for the next rimfire.
What kind of money are you thinking of spending? Burris Signature Zee rings with inserts are certainly a very good choice. Those rings (not including inserts) are about $60. A DIP rail will cost about $42 USD plus shipping from south of the border.
The CZ 452 American .22LR has 3/8" dovetail grooves. BKL rings are very good. The Warne rings referred to above are good too, although the high rings may not be enough to clear what is often a large ocular bell on Nikon scopes (44mm OD on the 3-9). Other choices include the Burris Signature Rimfire rings (no rail needed as they attach to the dovetails), Leupold, and Talley rings for the dovetail grooves. If you are on a really tight budget, UTG Accushot 2-piece rings from Amazon.ca can be had for about $20, and they are solid as they are designed for spring piston air rifles, which have much more recoil than a rimfire rifle.

I found apair of leupold rings for the cz rimfire for my girls 452 but they re only available in medium hieght(3-9×40) and my 452 has browning (talley) split rings.
The rail is 12.9 something and the browning split rings avialable in all sizes are 12.8 something.
