Who makes a 30mm ring with a rail on the top or sides?

I got a set of ARMS 22 rings and added the Tactical Ring Cap (TRC) and the Tactical Ring Rail (TRR) from Wolverine.

Not exactly what you are looking for, but TPS makes the cobra which is a ring with a small picatinny rail on it to mount accessories... We have some in stock 1" and 30mm..
