I found the website for Rio Grande Optics dot com and was wondering if anyone had dealt with them before.
They claim to be the national distributor for NCSTAR products. Their online ordering system doesn't seem to work and they don't respond to e-mails or telephone messages.
I contacted NCSTAR in the U.S. for confirmation that Rio Grande Optics is authorized to sell their products but they never gave me a firm answer.
Is it a scam or just poor customer service?
